Air Fryer Soy Sauce Chicken Thighs
|2 plump chicken thighs|
|2 garlic cloves crushed and finely chopped|
|2 tbs dark soy sauce|
|2 tbs of light soy sauce|
|1 tsp of 5 Chinese spices powder|
|1 tsp of white pepper|
|1 tbs of granulated sugar|
|1 tbs of maple syrup|
1- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and marinate the thighs for at least 45 minutes at room temperature.
2- Put the thighs in the Air Fryer, brush the thighs with the marinade with a brush and cook everything at 375C for 25 minutes, making sure to turn them aside halfway through cooking and brush the thighs again with the marinade.
3- Serve on a bed of hot rice.
