Shrimp and Mango Tacos


6 soft tacos
12 deveined shrimp, peeled
1 tbs of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1/2 mango, diced
1 avocado diced
6 cherry tomatoes, diced
1 tbs of diced onion
3 tbs of sour cream
1 lime cut in half
A few sprigs of coriander


1- In a skillet over medium heat, put the oil and quickly cook the shrimp and garlic.
2- In a bowl, mix the diced mango, onion, avocado and tomato.
3- Heat the soft tacos for about twenty seconds in the microwave.
4- Build the tacos by adding some shrimp, mixed vegetables, sour cream, cilantro, a hint of tabasco and lime.
