Quick cold noodles for hot days
|2 Tbsp of light soy sauce|
|2 cases of mirin|
|1 CAS of water|
|1 packet of cooked ramen noodles or cooked instant noodles (without seasoning packet)|
|1 CAT of sesame oil|
|150g of cooked pork or ground pork shoulder or any other protein on hand|
|Cooked vegetables of your choice|
|1 Tbsp of Kikkoman Memmi Noodle Soup base mixed with 8 Tbsp of water.|
|1/8 nori sheet, chopped into pieces|
1- In a pot of water, wait for the water to boil and gently put the 2 eggs to cook in it
2- Lower the heat and cook for 7 minutes at a time. In the meantime, prepare a bowl of cold water filled with ice cubes.
3- In a Ziploc-type bag, put the soy sauce, mirin and water combined.
4- When the eggs are ready, put them in the bowl of ice water and wait a few minutes.
5- Scale the eggs and put them in the sauce bag.
6- Meanwhile, cook the noodles, cook the pork shoulder or any protein on hand, as well as the vegetables.
7- Prepare the sauce by mixing the soup base with the water and put in a saucepan and boil. Put an ice cube or two to cool.
8- Prepare the noodles and the sides in a bowl.
9- Put the soup base in another bowl.
10- To eat, dip the cold noodles, proteins and vegetables in the soup.
