Sauteed ramen noodles with pork and chrysanthemum, ultra-fast black bean sauce


Ingredients

2 packets of cooked instant noodles - cook noodles without seasoning packets according to instructions
1 tbsp of olive oil
250g minced pork
1 small onion, finely chopped
A good handful of chrysanthemum (Tong Ho) washed, drained and cut into chunks
2 Tbsp of black bean sauce diluted in 2 Tbsp of water
2 tbsp of maple syrup
2 turns of pepper mill
2 tbsp of fried onions

Preparation

1- In a wok or pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and cook the pork and onions well.
2- Add the chrysanthemum pieces and mix well
3- Add the sauce and maple syrup and mix well
4- Add the noodles and make sure everything is well mixed. Pepper.
5- Serve hot and garnish with fried onions
