No Bake Energy Bites


Ingredients

Base:

½ cupoats
2 tbspflax seed

Blueberry Pistachio:

½ cupMaraNatha® Peanut Butter Creamy No Stir
¼ cupmini chocolate chips
¼ cupdried blueberries
¼ cuppistachios

Cherry Chocolate:

½ cupMaraNatha® Peanut Butter Creamy No Stir
½ cupcocoa powder
¼ cupmini chocolate chips
¼ cupdried cherries
¼ cupalmonds

Coconut:

½ cupMaraNatha® Coconut Almond Butter
¼ cupsweetened coconut flakes - Toast
coconut flakes in the oven at 350 degrees
for 5 minutes or until golden brown
(can burn quickly so keep a look out)

Preparation

Preparation:

  1. In a food processor, pulse dry ingredients until combined, then add nut butter and pulse until fully combined

  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes 

  3. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Form balls from the mixture (about 1 1/2 tablespoons each) and place them on the baking sheet

  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

(For decoration, you can pulse your extra dried fruit ingredients in the food processor and roll each ball in the crumbs)
