Tomato Sauce | |
1 | large can of crushed tomatoes |

1 | Preheat oven to 375 °F. | |
2 | Boil broccoli until soft, then cool. | |
3 | Finely dice the onion, peel and grate the carrot, and chop broccoli. | |
4 | In a large bowl, place ground turkey and add onion, grated carrots, broccoli and egg. | |
5 | Mix well so the vegetables are well incorporated into the mixture. | |
6 | Add 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and a pinch of salt and pepper. | |
7 | Form the mixture into 11 (2-ounce) balls and place on a baking sheet. | |
8 | Bake for 10 minutes until brown. | |
