Preheat oven to 375 °F.
Boil broccoli until soft, then cool.
Finely dice the onion, peel and grate the carrot, and chop broccoli.
In a large bowl, place ground turkey and add onion, grated carrots, broccoli and egg.
Mix well so the vegetables are well incorporated into the mixture.
Add 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Form the mixture into 11 (2-ounce) balls and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes until brown.
