|1 pkg (500 g)||CATELLI® Tortiglioni|
|1/4 cup (50 mL)||butter or margarine|
|2||bunches Swiss chard or spinach, chopped (leaves only)|
|10||chopped sun-dried tomatoes|
|2 cups (500 mL)||whipping cream|
Cook tortiglioni according to package directions.
Melt butter; sauté Swiss chard and sun-dried tomatoes 3-4 minutes. Stir in cream; simmer 1-2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Toss tortiglioni with cream sauce. Serve topped with pine nuts, if desired.
