Tortiglioni with Swiss Chard and Sun-Dried Tomato

Ingredients

1 pkg (500 g)CATELLI® Tortiglioni
1/4 cup (50 mL)butter or margarine
2bunches Swiss chard or spinach, chopped (leaves only)
10chopped sun-dried tomatoes
2 cups (500 mL)whipping cream

Preparation

Cook tortiglioni according to package directions.

Melt butter; sauté Swiss chard and sun-dried tomatoes 3-4 minutes. Stir in cream; simmer 1-2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Toss tortiglioni with cream sauce. Serve topped with pine nuts, if desired.
