1 pkg (500 g) | CATELLI® Tortiglioni |
1/4 cup (50 mL) | butter or margarine |
2 | bunches Swiss chard or spinach, chopped (leaves only) |
10 | chopped sun-dried tomatoes |
2 cups (500 mL) | whipping cream |
1 | Cook tortiglioni according to package directions. |
2 | Melt butter; sauté Swiss chard and sun-dried tomatoes 3-4 minutes. Stir in cream; simmer 1-2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
3 | Toss tortiglioni with cream sauce. Serve topped with pine nuts, if desired. |
