Spaghettini Shut Out


Ingredients

1 pkg (500 g)CATELLI® Spaghettini
½ cup (125 mL) eachsliced or diced carrots, celery and onions
2 tbsp (30 mL)olive oil
1 lb (500 g)lean ground beef, pork or chicken
2 jars (700 mL each)Pasta Sauce
¼ cup (50 mL)chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Cook spaghettini according to package directions.

Sauté carrots, celery and onions in oil until tender. Add beef; sauté until meat is no longer pink. Stir in pasta sauce and parsley; simmer 5-6 minutes.

Serve meat sauce over spaghettini.
