|1 pkg (375 g)||HEALTHY HARVEST ® Whole Wheat Spaghetti|
|2 tbsp (30 mL)||olive oil|
|1||finely chopped onion|
|1 each||red or yello pepper, cut into thin strips|
|1 cup (250 ml)||chopped snow peas|
|1 jar (700 mL)||Pasta Sauce|
|2 tbsp (30 mL)||chopped fresh parsley or basil|
|1 tbsp (15 ml)||cornstarch|
|1 cup (250 ml)||homemade or prepared chicken stock|
|Optional||Salt and Pepper|
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Heat oil in a skillet set over medium heat; sauté onion, carrot, zucchini and pepper until tender. Stir in pasta sauce and parsley; heat through.
Toss hot spaghetti with sauce and sprinkle with cheese, if desired.
