Spaghetti Primavera


Ingredients

1 pkg (375 g)HEALTHY HARVEST ® Whole Wheat Spaghetti
2 tbsp (30 mL)olive oil
1finely chopped onion
1 eachred or yello pepper, cut into thin strips
1 cup (250 ml)chopped snow peas
1 jar (700 mL)Pasta Sauce
 2 tbsp (30 mL)chopped fresh parsley or basil
1 tbsp (15 ml)cornstarch
1 cup (250 ml)homemade or prepared chicken stock
OptionalSalt and Pepper

Preparation

Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

Heat oil in a skillet set over medium heat; sauté onion, carrot, zucchini and pepper until tender. Stir in pasta sauce and parsley; heat through.

Toss hot spaghetti with sauce and sprinkle with cheese, if desired.
