Rotini Primavera


Ingredients

1 PKG (500 G)CATELLI® ROTINI
2 tbsp (30 mL)olive oil
1/4 cup (50 mL)chopped fresh parsley or basil
1carrot, zucchini and red pepper, chopped
1 jar (700 mL)pasta sauce
1finely chopped onion

Preparation

Cook rotini according to package directions.
2Heat oil; sauté onion, carrot, zucchini and pepper until tender. Stir in pasta sauce and parsley; heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve sauce over rotini; top with cheese, if desired.
