|2 tbsp (30 mL)||basil pesto|
|1/2 cup (125 mL)||light mayonnaise|
|2 tbsp (30 mL)||lemon juice|
|1/2 each||red pepper and yellow pepper, grilled and chopped|
|1 cup (250 mL)||cooked broccoli florets|
|1/2 cup (125 mL)||canned broad beans or chick peas|
Cook rotini according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water; drain well.
Whisk together pesto, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Combine cooked rotini, peppers, broccoli, broad beans and pesto dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
