Rookie Rotini Salad


Ingredients

1 PKG (500 G)CATELLI® ROTINI
2grilled or sautéed boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced or chopped
1/4 cup (50 mL)finely sliced red onion
 1/4 cup (50 mL)chopped fresh parsley
5 to 6strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup (250 mL)bottled Caesar or Ranch salad dressing
8cherry tomatoes, cut in half (optional)

Preparation

1Cook rotini according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water; drain well.
2Combine cooked rotini with remaining ingredients; mix well.
