1 tbsp (15 mL) | olive oil |
2 tbsp (30 mL) | chopped fresh parsley or basil |
1 each | onion, zucchini and yellow or red pepper, chopped |
1 jar (700 mL) | Pasta Sauce |
2 | Italian sausages |
1 | Cook rigatoni according to package directions. |
2 | Heat oil and brown sausages. Remove sausages and cool slightly; slice into rounds. Add onion, zucchini and pepper; sauté until tender. Stir in sauce, parsley and reserved sausages; heat through. |
3 | Toss rigatoni with sauce. |
