Rigatoni with Sausage, Zucchini and Pepper


Ingredients

1 pkg (500 g)CATELLI® Rigatoni
1 tbsp (15 mL)olive oil
2 tbsp (30 mL)chopped fresh parsley or basil
1 eachonion, zucchini and yellow or red pepper, chopped
1 jar (700 mL)Pasta Sauce
2Italian sausages

Preparation

Cook rigatoni according to package directions.

Heat oil and brown sausages. Remove sausages and cool slightly; slice into rounds. Add onion, zucchini and pepper; sauté until tender. Stir in sauce, parsley and reserved sausages; heat through.

Toss rigatoni with sauce.
