|1 pkg (500 g)||CATELLI® Rigatoni|
|1 tbsp (15 mL)||olive oil|
|2 tbsp (30 mL)||chopped fresh parsley or basil|
|1 each||onion, zucchini and yellow or red pepper, chopped|
|1 jar (700 mL)||Pasta Sauce|
Cook rigatoni according to package directions.
Heat oil and brown sausages. Remove sausages and cool slightly; slice into rounds. Add onion, zucchini and pepper; sauté until tender. Stir in sauce, parsley and reserved sausages; heat through.
Toss rigatoni with sauce.
