Rigatoni with Ham and Peas

Ingredients

1 pkg (500 g)Catelli® Rigatoni
1 jar (680 mL)pasta sauce
3chopped green onions
2 tbsp (30 mL)olive oil
1/4 lb (125 g)smoked ham, diced
1 cup (250 mL)frozen green peas, thawed
2-3 tbsp (30-45 mL)chopped fresh parsley or basil
1/2 cup (125 mL)whipping cream (optional)

Preparation

Cook rigatoni according to package directions.

Sauté onion in oil for 1-2 minutes. Add ham, peas, pasta sauce and cream; simmer 2-3 minutes.
3Toss rigatoni with sauce and parsley, season to taste with salt and pepper.
