Pasta Con Aglio E Olio


Ingredients

1 pkg (375 g)CATELLI SMART® Spaghettini
6 tbsp (90 mL)olive or vegetable oil or butter
4 tsp (20 mL)finely chopped fresh garlic
or 1/2 tsp (2.5 mL)garlic powder
1 tsp (5 mL)salt
1/2 tsp (2.5 mL)dried oregano leaves

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

Heat, in small saucepan over medium heat, oil; add garlic, salt and oregano. Cook 1 minute or until garlic is lightly browned; do not burn.

Toss hot pasta with oil mixture; season with salt and pepper, if desired

Serve immediately.
