9 | CATELLI EXPRESS® Lasagne Noodle |
1 jar (700 mL) | Pasta Sauce |
1 | onion, chopped |
1 lb (500 g) | mushrooms, sliced |
1 tbsp (15 mL) | olive oil |
1 cup (250 mL) | water |
1/4 lb (125 g) | pepperoni, thinly sliced |
2/3 cup (150 mL) | grated Parmesan cheese |
1 | Sauté onion and mushrooms in oil until tender. Stir in pasta sauce and water; heat through. |
2 | Spread 1/3 of the sauce in a 13 x 9-inch (3 L) baking dish. Top with 3 lasagne noodles, 1/3 of the pepperoni and cheese. Repeat layer. Cover with remaining lasagne noodles, sauce, pepperoni and cheese. |
3 | Cover and bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes before serving. |
