|1 jar (700 mL)||Pasta Sauce|
|1 lb (500 g)||mushrooms, sliced|
|1 tbsp (15 mL)||olive oil|
|1 cup (250 mL)||water|
|1/4 lb (125 g)||pepperoni, thinly sliced|
|2/3 cup (150 mL)||grated Parmesan cheese|
Sauté onion and mushrooms in oil until tender. Stir in pasta sauce and water; heat through.
Spread 1/3 of the sauce in a 13 x 9-inch (3 L) baking dish. Top with 3 lasagne noodles, 1/3 of the pepperoni and cheese. Repeat layer. Cover with remaining lasagne noodles, sauce, pepperoni and cheese.
Cover and bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
