Mini Macaroni and Cheese


Ingredients

 4 cups (1 L)CATELLI® Mini Macaroni
1 cup (250 mL)frozen mixed vegetables
2 tbsp (30 mL)butter or margarine
2 tbsp (30 mL)all purpose flour
2 cups (500 mL)1% milk
2 cups (500 mL)shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions, adding vegetables during the last 3 minutes.

In saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour. Cook and stir 1 minute. Gradually add milk; cook and stir until just thickened. Remove from heat. Add cheese; stir until melted.

Toss macaroni-vegetable mixture with sauce.
