Combine the tomatoes with chicken broth and garlic in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Add the macaroni; cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes.
Add the meatballs and diced vegetables; cook, partially covered, for 5 minutes or until heated through and macaroni is tender. Serve immediately.
