Ingredients

1 cup (250 mL)CATELLI SMART® Macaroni
1 can / 28 oz (796 mL)Italian herb-flavoured diced tomatoes
4 cups (1 L)sodium-reduced chicken broth
2minced garlic cloves garlic
20small frozen Italian-style meatballs
2 cups (500 mL)frozen mixed, diced vegetable blend

Preparation

Combine the tomatoes with chicken broth and garlic in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Add the macaroni; cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes.

Add the meatballs and diced vegetables; cook, partially covered, for 5 minutes or until heated through and macaroni is tender. Serve immediately.
