Linguine with Mushrooms and Asparagus


Ingredients

1 pkg (500 g)CATELLI® Linguine
1 jar (700 ml)Pasta Sauce
1finely chopped onion
1/2 lb (250 g)assorted mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp (30 ml)olive oil
8steamed and chopped asparagus spears
1/4 lb (125 g)Ricotta cheese

Preparation

Cook linguine according to package directions.

Sauté onion and mushrooms in oil until tender. Add asparagus and pasta sauce; simmer 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Toss linguine with sauce and serve topped with cheese and parsley.
