1 jar (700 mL) | pasta sauce |
2 tbsp (30 mL) | olive oil |
1 each | onion and garlic, finely chopped |
1/2 cup (125 mL) | chopped fresh parsley |
1 can (142 g) | drained and rinsed clams |
1 | Cook linguine according to package directions. |
2 | Heat oil in a skillet set over medium heat; sauté onion and garlic until tender. Stir in sauce, parsley and clams; simmer for 5 minutes. |
3 | Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sauce over hot linguine. |
