Linguine with Clam Sauce


Ingredients

1 pkg (500 g)CATELLI® LINGUINE
1 jar (700 mL)pasta sauce
2 tbsp (30 mL)olive oil
1 eachonion and garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup (125 mL)chopped fresh parsley
1 can (142 g)drained and rinsed clams

Preparation

Cook linguine according to package directions.

Heat oil in a skillet set over medium heat; sauté onion and garlic until tender. Stir in sauce, parsley and clams; simmer for 5 minutes.
3Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sauce over hot linguine.
