Green Pea and Mint Pasta Salad


Ingredients

1 Pkg (375 g)Catelli® Healthy Harvest® Rotini
1 cup (250 ml)Frozen Green Peas
1 cup (250 ml)Cherry Tomatoes cut in half, old cheddar cheese cut in small cubes
½ cup (125 ml)Walnuts

Preparation

Cook the Catelli® Healthy Harvest® Rotini according to the directions on the box.

Strain pasta and add oil to prevent from sticking. Let cool.

Boil frozen peas for 30 seconds. Strain and run under water to cool....

In a bowl, mix together all ingredients with the cold pasta!
