|1 pkg (500 g)||CATELLI® Fettuccine or Spaghetti|
|1 jar (700 mL)||Pasta Sauce|
|1||finely chopped onion|
|1 cup||chopped snow peas|
|2 tbsp (30 mL)||olive oil|
|3 oz (85 g)||crumbled goat cheese|
Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
In saucepan, heat oil; cook onion until tender. Add snow peas; cook 2-3 minutes longer. Add pasta sauce; simmer 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Toss fettuccine with sauce and serve topped with cheese and parsley.
