|1 pkg (500 g)||CATELLI® Fettuccine or Spaghetti|
|1 jar (700 mL)||Pasta Sauce|
|2 tsp (10 mL)||vegetable oil|
|1 lb (500 g)||scallops|
|1||finely chopped onion|
|2 tbsp (30 mL)||chopped fresh parsley|
Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
In non-stick skillet, heat oil; sauté scallops 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add onion, sauté until tender. Stir in pasta sauce and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Then add reseved scallops; heat through.
Toss fettuccine with sauce.
