1 pkg (500 g) | CATELLI® Fettuccine or Spaghetti |
1 jar (700 mL) | Pasta Sauce |
2 tsp (10 mL) | vegetable oil |
1 lb (500 g) | scallops |
1 | finely chopped onion |
2 tbsp (30 mL) | chopped fresh parsley |
1 | Cook fettuccine according to package directions. |
2 | In non-stick skillet, heat oil; sauté scallops 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside. |
3 | Add onion, sauté until tender. Stir in pasta sauce and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Then add reseved scallops; heat through. |
4 | Toss fettuccine with sauce. |
