Fettuccine with Chicken and Tomatoes


Ingredients

1 PKG (375 G)CATELLI BISTRO® SPINACH FETTUCCINE
1/4 cup (50 mL)olive oil
1/2 cup (125 mL)sliced red onion
2 tbsp (30 mL)chopped fresh parsley or basil
1 tsp (5 mL)dried red pepper flakes
2grilled or cooked chicken breasts, sliced
8cherry tomatoes, cut in half

Cook fettuccine according to package directions.

In saucepan, heat oil; cook onion, parsley and red pepper flakes 3-4 minutes. Add chicken and tomatoes; heat through.
