Fettuccine Alfredo


Ingredients

1 pkg (500 g)Catelli® Fettuccine
1/4 cup (50 mL)butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups (375 mL)35% whipping cream
1/2 cup (125 mL)grated Parmesan cheese (approx.)

Preparation

Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain and return to pot.

2Melt butter with cream in a separate pot; keep warm. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over fettuccine and toss for 1 minute.

Add cream mixture; continue to toss for 1 minute longer or just until thickened.

Sprinkle with parsley and additional cheese, if desired.
